The intent of Contemplative Outreach is to foster the process of transformation in Christ in one another through the practice of the Centering Prayer
Retreats are a way to take one's relationship with God and one's practice deeper. They offer time and space away from the busyness and demands of daily life, and allow the mind, body, and spirit to surrender to God's presence and action within. Retreats are a common practice in many spiritual traditions and are a valuable tool to aid one's interior transformation in Christ.
