Southeastern US Praying the Scriptures, "Lectio Divina" as it is traditionally called, is a method of prayer that deepens our relationship with God in a natural, organic way. By learning to "read with one's heart", we are slowly transformed into who God has created us to be. In this introductory retreat participants will learn how to pray the scriptures using the method of "Lectio Divina" and will have an opportunity to practice this method of prayer both individually and in a group.
