A 65 page booklet using two main practices Lectio Divina and a contemplative discernment process.  Practitioners are asked to bring their own real-life questions to the discernment process outlined in the booklet.  Excerpted readings and teachings are included to illume one’s understanding of the process and the movement of the Spirit.  Suggestions for further study are included in the back of the booklet.
