English Transcript:

With regards to Contemplative Outreach, in my spiritual life, in my journey, and mainly in regards to Centering Prayer, Contemplative Outreach has given me the tools to educate me, to enrich me, to help me continue in my journey and once the practice became established – since service comes as a consequence (of the practice) – to serve from love, from the right motivations. I have also learned to live life in a simpler way, to live the solitude with greater joy, and not to be afraid of being alone. .
