English Transcript:

I think Centering Prayer is like – the more people practice it – is like a ripple effect. It goes out to the world and people notice you’ve changed. You’re more peaceful – there’s something different about you – and they ask and once they experience it, it just goes on and on and on like that. And so, I really pray that it will crack our hearts open and help us to be more compassionate and accepting of others whether they’re like us or not like us at all.
