English Transcript:

Centering Prayer has allowed me a sense of surrender, the awareness of God’s presence within me. It gives me a peace to enter all situations comfortably in a realization that it’s not about me. Really, my goal is to be able to be present to others and to respond as Christ might respond. Centering Prayer has allowed me to appreciate Christ’s coming and what he taught us and our ability to participate in his plan. So, that when I go into tense situations, or uncomfortable situations, I can go with a sense of comfort and peace and faith that God sustains me and, by allowing myself to get out of the way, and my goal to be compassionate, or to seek God in other people, it seems to create positive experiences – in my work, with my family and just out in public in general.
