English Transcript:

Because of the practice of Centering Prayer, I find moments when I can be listening to God as I might feel anger rising, or frustration, or sadness, being present as opposed to being all over the map with my feelings has changed. Someone cuts me off, or something like that, and at another point in my life, I might have gone gurrrr, instead I feel myself saying, “Thank you, Lord. Thank you for being there with me.“ And not being alone with that feeling of gratitude. So, I guess, gratitude has helped me to find God’s love in what I’m doing and I believe that Centering Prayer has helped me a lot with that.
