I think that if you talked to people who knew me 10 years ago, they would say I’m a different person. I see myself as quieter. I see myself as more patient. I’m more open to just wherever the Spirit takes me. So, this deepening experience is helping me to see the good and the love, in other people and in the world around us. And it’s transformative. It changes who you are, if you’re willing to let go of who you used to be, and just say, ‘Well, let’s go with this!’
Creo que si hablaran con personas que me conocieron hace 10 años dirían que ahora soy una persona diferente. Me veo como alguien más tranquilo. Me veo más paciente. Estoy más abierta a dejarme llevar por el Espíritu a cualquier lado que quiera conducirme. Esta experiencia de profundización me está ayudando a ver lo bueno y lo amoroso que hay en los otros y en el mundo que nos rodea. Y es transformadora. Hace que cambiemos y dejemos de ser quienes somos, si estamos dispuestos a renunciar a nuestra identidad acostumbrada y decir simplemente, “¡Bueno, me dejo llevar!”
