English Transcript:

I have seen how the Prayer has softened me and been the place where the Fruits of the Spirit have entered my life most visibly – or it seems more sustainably would be a good way of putting it – on a daily basis. I see my human nature much more honestly now because of the Prayer and I’m not afraid of it. And I think that’s probably the biggest thing that the Prayer has given me is a self-acceptance.
