Are we not like the leaves?
While living, the leaf is part of the tree
Becoming there
Being created, then growing
Becoming stronger, greener
Then having lived, gives up its life with the tree
Going individually to join others to nurture life.
Eventually it will no longer be a leaf
But will continue as part of God’s plan.
