Centering Prayer: An Introductory Seminar/Workshop
Presented by Therese Saulnier and Teresa Ko-Davis
What is Centering Prayer?
It is a silent prayer renewed from an ancient Christian contemplative practice.
It is a simple method of letting go of our thoughts and saying “yes” to the divine invitation of “Be still and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)
This simple prayer opens our hearts and minds to the Indwelling Trinity who forever promises “I am with you always.” (Matthew 28:20)
It leads us to a deeper prayer life, communion with God, healing, and spiritual transformation.
Come to learn or renew your experience of Centering Prayer. The workshop will include instruction, the opportunity to experience Centering Prayer and time for questions.
