Do you yearn to have a deeper relationship with the Sacred? Have you been wanting to learn how to pray in a contemplative way? Contemplative prayer is God's personal and unique gift to us and has been a part of our Christian heritage for centuries. Centering Prayer is a method designed to facilitate the development of contemplative prayer by preparing our faculties to receive this gift. In this workshop you will learn the basics of Centering Prayer. You will have time for questions, sharing, and practicing Centering Prayer. High school students welcome. Cost is $30.00.
