DESCRIPTION:You are invited to take a day or days of personal retreat to focus on your “self care.” How are you taking care of yourself spiritually\, physically and emotionally? At Bethany Retreat Center we are pleased to offer private retreats in a peaceful and beautiful setting where you can get away from the cares of everyday life and focus on your faith journey. You may come for a day\, overnight\, or a few days. Join the Sisters for prayer and daily Mass\, walk the grounds\, have opportunity for reconciliation and soul-friending. Enjoy home-cooked meals and a comfortable room in a nurturing environment.  We continue to take the COVID pandemic very seriously and are taking many safety precautions to keep you and our staff safe.  If you do not reside in a COVID “hot spot\,” and are not experiencing any symptoms\, or  have been around anyone that has been exposed to the virus\, you are welcome to come.  Call today! The cost is $88.00 per night. All meals are included.

Philip Billotte \nPost intensive: The purpose of the retreat is to assist the participants in entering into a more intimate silence in a nurturing\, supportive environment that combines both solitude and community. The Post Intensive is a next step into a profound silence and stillness in order to facilitate a more intimate union with God. \nRequirements for Making the Post-Intensive Retreat \nBe regular practitioners of Centering Prayer\n	Have made a 5 day or longer Intensive Retreat prior to making the Post-Intensive Retreat \nIntensive:  Bethany Retreat Center is providing an in-depth retreat for those with experience with Centering Prayer who wish to enter into a more profound level of spiritual practice. Gift of Life ~ Death & Dying\, Life & Living continues and builds on the works of Fr. Thomas Keating over the past 30+ years. It offers a a vision of hope and a view of reality that counter the cultural norms that view death as a tragedy\, or the end of living\, or an entry into harsh judgment and retribution. Fr. Thomas sat with Fr. Carl Arico in an intimate conversation focused on the transformative process of death and dying as part of\, rather than the end of\, life’s journey. \nRequirements for Making the Intensive Retreat \nContemplative Outreach\, under whose auspices these retreats are given\, suggest that those who participate in the intensive retreat be regular practitioners of Centering Prayer. \n+++ \nMassage Therapist available – not included in the cost. \nLimited scholarships available \nArrival: 5pm & Supper at 6pm ~ Departure: 11am\, Sunday \nOffering:\n	$490 for Private Room\n	Deposit: $150 non-refundable \n
