DESCRIPTION:Join Br. Bernard Delcourt\, OHC\, to explore the roots of Centering Prayer in Benedictine wisdom. Benedictine spirituality cultivates a constant awareness of the Divine in daily life through a continuous dialogue of prayer with God. Centering Prayer opens oneself to God beyond thoughts and words\, moving beyond conversations about God to direct communion with the Divine. Connecting the two enhances our prayer life. \nThe retreat will include two Centering Prayer sessions of twenty minutes each and ample time for discussion and Q&A.
