SUMMARY:Deepening Spiritual Practice through Three-Centered Awareness - via Zoom
DESCRIPTION:Presented by Phileena Nikole \nThree-centered awareness is crucial for experiencing Divine Presence; mind\, heart\, and body coming on-line and cooperating together. But too often\, we experience shutdown in one or more of these centers. This limits our capacity for opening to Presence and receiving the integration and wholeness we long for. \nAre you curious about the deeper\, subtle\, life-changing dynamics of contemplative prayer? Do you feel stuck in your practice and desire to progress? Are you wondering how to more regularly bring the gifts of your sitting practice into your daily experiences of life and relationships? \nIf so\, join Phileena for this online contemplative experience. During our time together\, Phileena will offer a mix of foundational teaching\, guided group contemplation\, and three-centered awareness practice. This event will include a session of Centering Prayer \nTime listed is Mountain Time (Denver\, Colorado)\nClick the link below to register.
