DESCRIPTION:This day will be filled with Contemplative Breathing and Awareness practices that remind us of Jesus’ commandment to love ourselves\, as we love others. Using spiritual wisdom grounded in the Enneagram\, this experiential time will open our hearts\, minds\, and bodies to our original blessing: being made in the image of G-d. Together\, we will discover that Divine Love is deepened in ourselves and our communities when we live our unique\, authentic lives\, beloved of G-d and part of the tapestry of life. \nThis event includes sessions of Centering Prayer. \nPlease see the link below for more information and to register.
