Arising…a Quiet Day Retreat

Looking for a quiet time away for reflection and prayer to be connected to the Center of all that is? Join others at Westminster Presbyterian for this day “Arising” in prayerful community with opportunities for
– Centering Prayer in community;
– EarthWhispers to make connections to the Divine Presence in the natural world;
– Walking a Labyrinth…with your feet or fingers;
– Yoga with Journaling (am) and Tai Chi (pm)…to connect body and Spirit;
– Sung Prayer in community;
– Meeting individually with another pilgrim (a leader within the group) to converse about your life’s journey.
Note: Several of the above are free time options. Participants may choose what to attend, or they may choose to not attend structured options.

A free will donation is welcome to defray the day’s costs.
