Centering Prayer Introductory Workshop

For those new to Centering Prayer/meditation this workshop familiarizes participants with the method of Centering Prayer and its practical application. The workshop offers an opportunity to experience this ancient prayer/meditation practice in a quiet, reflective atmosphere. Each workshop is led by an experienced facilitator, commissioned by Contemplative Outreach, LTD.
