The Introductory Workshop is a deep dive into the practice of Centering Prayer. If you’ve been practicing Centering Prayer for a while or are new to the practice and have never attended an introductory workshop, we believe it’s essential to your practice. If you’ve attended a prior workshop and would like a refresher, you are welcome as well.
We will learn the background and nuts and bolts of sitting, consenting, while taming your thoughts, allowing God to be God and how letting go to the Lord’s Spirit within is a miraculous work of God.
