Centering Prayer Introductory Workshop – via Zoom

This workshop will introduce you to the method of Centering Prayer and experience this prayer of silence. Centering Prayer is a form of Christian prayer rooted in the ancient contemplative tradition. Its purpose is to foster a deeper intimacy with Christ through silence and stillness. There will be opportunities for discussion as well as invitation into prayerful presence. This will be offered in two parts on consecutive evenings. To help promote and deepen your experience of the Centering Prayer practice we will offer a 6 week follow-up series as well.
