A time apart to listen, to reflect, to be still and refresh the soul. Within a container of deep silence, we will to know how contemplative prayer unfolds to a way of life.

-Showing of Silence and Centering Prayer by Thomas Keating

-Teachings on how Centering Prayer moves into contemplative prayer and surrender to the will of God … becoming a way of life

-intensive experience in practicing Center Prayer

-the practice of Lectio Divina

-daily prayerful movement

-opportunity to meet with retreats leaders for spiritual companioning (Gail Fitzpatrick-Hopler, Mary Anne Best and LeAnn Billups)

-silence and solitude

Retreatants will be given a copy of Centering Prayer, The Prayer of Consent which is part of the Contemplative Life Program.
