We will deepen our understanding of what it means to forgive one another as we consider what forgiveness is and what it is not. The day includes the opportunity to practice the Forgiveness Prayer, a guided meditation created by Mary Mrozowski, one of the founders of Contemplative Outreach.

Steve Standiford is a regular Centering Prayer practitioner. He leads retreats and workshops and teaches spiritual practices through Contemplative Outreach. He is also a psychotherapist in private practice in Manhattan and Westchester County.
