Harvesting Grace: A Fall Contemplative Retreat

This contemplative retreat invites you to engage with the Sacred in nature, encounter God as the Creating and Sustaining Spirit of all. It will be a time to rest in body and “rest in the grace of the world.” Anchored in Centering Prayer, the weekend will offer scheduled options to participate in terra divina (sacred earth), a labyrinth walk (weather permitting) and a communal prayer service on Saturday evening. However, there will also be much open time to explore the grounds, read, journal, or simply enjoy the beauty of the Litchfield hills and autumn woodlands. No Centering Prayer experience is required. This weekend is for both beginners and long-time practitioners.
