In an Introductory Workshop one learns this way of prayer by means of lectures, discussion, and practicing the method of prayer. The day has a beautiful atmosphere of silent listening from the heart. There are four talks during this daylong workshop: Prayer as Relationship, the Method of Centering Prayer, “Thoughts” and the Use of the Sacred Word, Deepening our Relationship with God and Integrating Prayer into Daily Life.
