    Praying for you, Gary. May our Lord bless you and grant you the healing that your heart, spirit, soul and body need. May the One who said: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” ease your heart and free your whole being from the pain and trauma you’ve been carrying for so long. In the name of Jesus. Amen. πŸ™

    P.S.: The Serenity Prayer has helped me accept some childhood trauma and find peace. I post it here for you, hoping it will help:

    God,

    Grant me the Serenity

    To accept the things I cannot change;

    Courage to change the things I can;

    And wisdom to know the difference.

    Amen.

    β€œCome to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

    Matthew 11:28-30.

    Praying for you, Amanda, to get all the rest needed to get out of the exhaustion state you are in right now and for God to open a new door for you, bringing you a job that respects the needs of both your body and your soul. May He also give you the courage to walk through this door to grab the opportunities He will bring you to make the changes required in your life in order to find peace and to live a healthy, joyful and balanced life, respectful of your deepest needs. πŸ™

    P.S.: The Serenity Prayer has helped me a lot when struggling with exhaustion, boundaries issues and fear (of change). I hope it helps you as well:

    God,

    Grant me the serenity

    To accept the things I cannot change;

    Courage to change the things I can;

    And wisdom to know the difference.

    Amen.
