English Transcript:

Spending twenty minutes twice a day – I don’t get it twice a day every day – but in those first few moments I am aware that I am in God’s presence and that awareness of that Presence is one of love ... that God loves me, causing me to be more sensitive to others and to be more aware of God’s presence because I can easily go through the day without being aware of that Presence.  Centering Prayer helps me to strength that awareness of God’s presence and also God at work in other people.
