• Prayerfully re-read these passages again in the manner of Lectio Divina, reading them aloud to engage more of your senses and feel the vibrations in your body. Gaze at the image. What do you receive for your journey now?
• Practice the Welcoming Prayer to “consent-on-the-go” in daily life, sinking into the embodied sensations of living each moment with whatever is happening.
• If you missed the live version of the e-course, “Embracing Life: The Welcoming Prayer,” you may take it now or anytime on-demand. This is a transformative and incarnational practice for living life fully in the moment and healing unconscious programs.
