      To Practice:

      • Prayerfully re-read these passages again in the manner of Lectio Divina, reading them aloud to engage more of your senses and feel the vibrations in your body. Gaze at the image. What do you receive for your journey now?
      • Pray for your enemies: This was shared by a Word of the Week participant: “When serving on the vestry at my church, another member of the vestry and I were constantly butting heads and our rector asked us to pray for each other daily. In praying for him daily I slowly discovered my initially narrow view of him as a person broadened, and I gradually began to see him as more like me than different, also having insecurities and fallibility. That may not have changed him, but it most certainly had an impact on me, increasing maybe just a tiny bit my capacity for love in words and actions. I found I had more ‘space’ to really listen to him and to respond in a way that honored and respected him and that he could also hear me.” How might you pray for those who may have hurt you, for those with whom you disagree, for anyone toward whom your heart is closed?
      • One method of harmonizing relationships is to silently pray the Ho’oponopono prayer, similar to an active prayer sentence:

      I’m sorry
      Please forgive me
      Thank you
      I love you

I have been greatly blessed by this online community of nearly 5000 worldwide practitioners. I have experienced myself as unconditional love, thanks to each of you. This knowledge and your continued prayers wrap me in God’s love and protection as I pack our household goods and prepare to move. My own practice helps “dismantle my own biases, prejudices and self-centered programs for happiness.” This prayerful collaboration is truly transformative. Thank you. <3 linda
