The Way of the Heart: Mysticism Across Spiritual Traditions

How do we awaken the heart and experience life through the heart center? For centuries, Christian, Sufi and Hindu mystics have been drawn to the heart as our primary source of spiritual perception and connection within wholeness and relationship. Matthew will weave together teaching and practice from different paths that focus on cultivating our hearts in relationship with the Divine Heart.
Periods of Centering Prayer are offered in the morning and afternoon.
